Chana Rhae Tapscott, 76, of Athens, passed away on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on May 12th, 1948, to Demoind and Joan (Branum) Lewark.
Mrs. Tapscott is survived by her husband, William Ken Tapscott; sons, William Ken Tapscott, Jr. (Margaret Erin O’Brien) and Craig Tyler Tapscott (Denise Lynn); grandchildren, William Ken Tapscott III and Morgan Kai Tapscott; sister, DeAnn Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Demoind and Joan Lewark.
