Memorial Service for Chad Wayne Smith, age 51 of Hartselle, will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Larry Guthrie officiating;
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Smith passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025. He was born, July 28, 1973, to Jerry Wayne Smith and Marilyn Earwood.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Miller Earwood; sister, Anna Holcomb; stepmother, Kim Smith; grandparents, Guy and Faye Miller.
Survivors include his daughter, Alexas (Thomas) Davis, grandson, Samuel Davis; father, Jerry Wayne Smith; brothers, Scott Smith and D.J. (Lori) Smith; nephew, Jesse Smith and a host of family and friends.
