Cesar Julio Lozano was welcomed into the gates of heaven on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the age of 42. He was born on October 2, 1980, in Chicago, Illinois to Jesus G. & Elsa H. Lozano.
He is survived by his Daughter Gabriela Elysia Lozano and his son Cesar Julio Lozano, Jr, and his granddaughter Stevie Sky Lozano. Cesar is also survived by his father Jesus G. Lozano, his mother Elsa H. Lozano, of Decatur; His brother Jesus (Chu) Lozano and his wife Jeannie Jefferson, of Decatur.
A Celebration of Life for Cesar Julio Lozano will be on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 7:00pm, at Shelton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 5pm until 7 pm at the funeral home.
