Funeral for Celia Mae Kelso Hill, 83 of Speake was July 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Speake Christian Fellowship Church with Brother Francis Proctor officiating. Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery. Mrs. Hill was born September 27, 1929, in Lawrence County to Dave and Enzie Kelso. She died Monday July 1, 2013, at her residence. She was a loving mother and housewife. Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Hill; son, Billy Don Hill; sister, Eula Ferguson. She is survived by three sons Terry “Buck” Hill, Larry Hill and Jason Hill; seven daughters, Diane Hood, Jane Tollison, Gradie Mae Smith, Kathy Smith, Phillis Cates, Vickie Flannagin and Stacie Lamar; one brother, Frank Kelso; two sisters, Elaine Miller and Sue White; 22 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Scotty Smith, Josh Oliver, Casey Hill, Greg Moody, Chad Flannagin, Tracy Hood, Cody Hill and Chris Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Moody, Tyler Cates, Zach Hill, Mark Hood, Lance Hood, Jamey Tollison, David Smith, Tim Hood, Jeffery Frost and Jesse Smith.
