Celia Elizabeth Fowler, age 69 of Estill Springs, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at St. Thomas Rutherford Medical Center in Murfreesboro. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on January 23, 1952, to the late Jack Edward Trent and Barbara (Banner) Morris. For years, Celia worked and retired from retail in 2018. She had previously been employed at Walmart, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, crafting, and cooking, as well as traveling to Biloxi with her sister Margo. She will be remembered for her strong, loving nature. In addition to her parents, Celia was preceded in death by the father of her children, Bernard Sisk and siblings, Kathy Stewart and Tony Morris. She is survived by her loving sons, Michael (Julie) Sisk of Woodruff, South Carolina, and Christopher Sisk of Estill Springs; grandchildren, James, Isaac, Katherine, Owen, Malcolm, and Agnes Sisk; siblings, Margo Pate of Winchester, Jack (Linda) Trent Jr. of Winchester, Diane Helms of Juno, Alaska, Beverly Ricketts of Estill Springs, Wendy Moore of San Point, Idaho, Kathy, and Tony; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering and reception will be held from 5-8 pm on Monday, November 8, 2021, in the Moore-Cortner Life Celebration Center.
