Cecile Renee Stills Flynn, age 56 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on August 19, 1966, to the late Cecil Hess Stills and Laura Gayle (Harris) Stills. A dedicated homemaker, Renee cherished the time spent with her beloved family, especially enjoying playing and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching old black and white movies, as well as going to the Sewanee cross. Those that knew her will remember her caring and generous nature, bubbly personality, and beautiful smile. Renee was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Hess Stills; daughter, Regina Flynn; and father of her children, Charles D. Flynn. She is survived by her loving children, Rebecca Flynn and Joseph Flynn, both of Decherd; grandchildren, Angelica Flynn, Lillie McBee, and Karson McBee; mother, Laura Gayle Stills of Estill Springs; sisters, Shirley Ray (Charlie Wiseman) of Estill Springs, Sandy Jones of Decherd, and Linda Stills of Manchester; nieces and nephews, Samantha (Scott) McClanahan, Stefanie (Jamie) Solomon, Adam Barnes, and Nikki Lockhart; great-nieces and nephews, Teisa Solomon, River Solomon, Logan McClanahan, Isabella Barnes, Cooper Barnes, and Levi Lawrence; and many loving friends, family, and cousins.
