Cecil Wade Warren, age 66, of Arab passed away Sunday, December 31st at Marshall Medical.
Mr. Warren was born April 28, 1957 in Athens, Alabama, the son of Cecil and Jeanette Tribble Warren. He was a graduate of Arab High School, Class of 1975, a member of the Church of Christ and an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He was married June 15, 1979 to the late Donna LaRue Warren, they were married 36 years. Wade was a huge fan of Atlanta Braves baseball. He had a passion for cooking and created some wonderful dishes. He enjoyed people, entertaining and making them happy made him happy.
He is survived by his daughter Whitney Elizabeth Warren (Robert Davis), grandchildren Langston, Leighton, Kaiser and Judah Davis, mother Jeanette Warren, brother: Vaughn Warren (Renae), sisters: Patricia Henry (Bruce), Peggy Bates (Eddie) and several nieces and nephews.
Wade is preceded in death by his wife Donna Warren, grandson Moxley Davis, and father Cecil Warren.
Family members have planned services for Wade on Friday, January 5, 2023 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 5:00 pm. The memorial service will follow beginning at 5:00.
The family has elected cremation with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
