Funeral service for Cathy Dianne Ward, 71, will be Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home with Bro. Nicky Pressnell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. No Visitation is scheduled.
Ms. Ward passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Olive Homes in Oneonta, Alabama. . She was born September 28, 1953, in Morgan County, to John Thomas Compton and Barbara Sue Lambert Compton.
She was self employed in Home Healthcare and was a caregiver until she became unable to serve in that capacity anymore. She was a very unique lady and enjoyed needlepoint. Her parents preceded her in death.
