Catherine Pickle Epperson, age 89, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Sunday, July 16, 2023, at NHC Oakwood.
She was born April 27, 1934, in Shelbyville, Tennessee, to the late Thomas Elton and Sallie Lou Allen Pickle. She was a homemaker and a member of Lewisburg First Baptist Church.
Catherine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J. W. Epperson and son, Rickey Dean Epperson.
She is survived by three daughters, Sandra (Guy) Chambers of Lewisburg, Rhonda (Barry) McMahan of Murfreesboro, and Freda (Timmy) Terry of Cornersville; six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Yeager of Lake Wales, FL, and Carolyn (John) Colbert of Lebanon, TN; one brother, Thomas Allen (Sharron) Pickle, Sr. of Blythewood, SC; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091, with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home on Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 10:00 am until the funeral hour at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lewisburg First Baptist Church.
