Catherine Ann Warren Woodard, age 75 of Old Hickory, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Summit Medical Center. Catherine was born on July 29, 1945 in Winchester, to the late Mary Ruth Simmons Warren. She was a 1964 graduate of Franklin County High School and was employed for many years as a Typist at Equifax. In her free time she greatly enjoyed doing cross-stitch and photography, and watching British T.V. She was a beautiful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother that will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her uncle, Brently Kirkland Simmons and his wife, Francis Simmons; and her beloved grandmother, Flara Sanders Warren. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Edgar Woodard of Old Hickory; children, Paul Woodard of Cane Ridge, TN, Tracy (Justin) Heodman of White House, TN; grandsons, Connor and Spencer; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Janice Woodard; and nephews, Glen Woodard and Gary Woodard. Visitation will be from 1:30 P.M. – 3:30 P.M. on Saturday November 7, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, with the funeral service following at 3:30 P.M.
