Carrol Dean Sturdivant, age 80, of Ethridge, TN passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017 at NHC-Maury Regional Transitional Care Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Calhoun County, MS, retired from MS Valley Gas Company and a member of First Baptist Church Lawrenceburg. Mr. Sturdivant served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson Bailey and Pauline Weeks Sturdivant; one son, Michael Sturdivant, one sister, Gurleen Adams; and one brother, Harrol Sturdivant.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 27, 2017, with Jeff Vanlandingham officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors. Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
