Carrie Mae ColemanSaturday August 3rd, 2024, Carrie M. Pipkins Coleman gained her wings. She was born in Giles County Tn to the late John Pipkins and Myra L. Pipkins. She was the eldest, first-born sister of 10 siblings. She attended Bridgeforth Elementary and Bridgeforth High School. She accepted Christ at a young age and attended Willow Grove Baptist Church. Later in life she met and married her lifetime love and soulmate Eugene Coleman. They were both devoted members of the Taylor Street Church of Christ.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 9th, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral service will take place at 11:00am on Saturday, August 10th, 2024 in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery.

Carrie was a very loving mother, sister and friend. She, along with Eugene were foster parents for 12 years to many children, one of which they later adopted. She enjoyed helping others and had a heart of gold. She never failed to help anyone that was in need and she walked in her gifts of loving and helping others. Upon her retirement from Torrington Fafnir, she continued her life’s purpose for others, as she started working at NHC Pulaski until her health began to fail.
She was preceded in death by, her father John Pipkins, mother Myra L. Pipkins, her son Charles David Randolph, niece Carol R. Pipkins, her nephew Stacy L. Pipkins, aunt and uncles Raymond and Ella Cross, Ivory and Evelyn Hicks, Lucille Lankford, Nellie Lankford, Sadie Lankford, Tom Lankford; Brother-in-law, John Thomas Bentley and Grandparents Tom and Tennie Pipkins.
In her ascendance, she leaves behind daughter Sandra F. Miles,(San Antonio, TX), Sister-in-law, Helen Coleman(Pulaski,TN), Granddaughter Krynetta Torres(Joshuamil Torres Sr., Killeen, TX), 5 grandsons, Kias T. Starks (Pulaski, TN), LeMarko L. Miles (San Antonio, TX), Olen R. Randolph (Nashville, TN), Joshua A. Miles(San Antonio, TX),Quentin U. Miles (Marissa T. Miles, Okinawa Japan), 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Lucille Bentley(Kansas City), Lillian Howard(Michael Howard, Pulaski, TN), Mattie Howard(James Howard, Pulaski, TN), Brenda Black(Jeff Black, Lewisburg, TN), Elise Pipkins(Wiley Allen, Pulaski, TN), Lorraine Pipkins: Brothers, Johnny Pipkins, David Pipkins, Clifford Pipkins (Stacy Pipkins, Laverne TN).
A host of nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends, with special friends, Carrie Willingham, Mary Jean Gordon, Annie Abernathy, Mary Catherine Whitfield, all of Pulaski, TN.
