Carrie Jean Saint, age 94, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Carrie Jean was born on May 06, 1929, to Claude & Mary (Waldrep) Hall as one of 14 children. She was an avid flower gardener. She loved her children and her grandchildren and leaves behind many wonderful memories.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Harold Saint; father, Claude C. Hall; mother, Mary Waldrep Hall; brothers, Gary, Terry, Reubin, Paul, David, Richard, Fred, Elmer, Harley, James Hall; and sisters, Maxine Pounders and Brenda Hall.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Jerry Saint (Linda), Doug Saint (Kathy), Laura Smallwood (Barry); grandchildren, Cade Saint, Shasta Gerber (Mike), Brandon Saint, Colton Smallwood; great-grandchildren, Cayson Saint, Judah Gerber; sister, Lucille Hooper; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Mark McCullar, Bro. Tim Smith, and Bro. Chase Dowdy officiating the service. The burial will be at Old Bethel Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Bradley Hall, Mark Hall, Marty Hall, Sammy Hall, Dewayne Pennington, and Sammy Hall.
