Carrie Ann Taulbee, age 43, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Cleveland, OH, a homemaker, and a member of Ephesus Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Taulbee of Lawrenceburg, TN; four daughters, Sara Phillips of Lawrenceburg, TN, Abigail Phillips of Lawrenceburg, TN, Mary Taulbee of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Morgan Taulbee of Winchester, KY; two sons, Jakob Taulbee and James Taulbee, both of Lawrenceburg, TN; her father, Thomas Dzurilla, Sr. (Tina) of Winchester, KY; her mother, Gail Dzurilla of Mayfield Heights, OH; one brother, Thomas Dzurilla, Jr. of Kansas City, KS; one step-brother, Michael Fishman of Cleveland, OH; one sister, Leeann Holbrook of Jackson County, KY; and four grandchildren, Hunter Holmberg, Olivia Moore, Maddox Handlin, and Ellawyn Smith.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Sunday, November 21, 2021, with Brandon Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
