Caroline Gene Feagley

Caroline Gene Feagley, 82, passed away surrounded by her family on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 from stroke complications. Caroline was born February 2, 1938 in Dadeville, AL to George and Gene Cady and moved to Huntsville, AL in 1971.  She married Harry Feagley in 1976 in Huntsville, AL and received her Bachelors degree in Business from the University of AL in Huntsville in 1978.  Caroline worked at Owens Corning/Kohler as the Purchasing Manager until the early 2000s, and in her spare time, she loved taking her family to the beach each summer, sewing theatre costumes for the Lee High School Theatre Program and Independent Musical Productions, and dancing with the North AL Dance Center.  She and Harry are members of First United Methodist Church of Huntsville.  Caroline loved attending church, was heavily involved with the choir and the Emmaus Community, and enjoyed decorating the church altar arrangements.  Caroline served as President of the local chapter of Soroptimist International.  After her retirement from Kohler in 2003, Caroline spent her life giving to others, staying active in church, creating beautiful theater costumes, loving on her grand and great grandchildren and playing Bunko with her friends.

Caroline is survived by her husband Harry Kenneth Feagley, brother John (Barbara) Cady, sons Bill (Tammy) Craver and Jeff (Gayli) Craver, daughter Lisa (Buck) Gosnay, stepsons Chris (Diane) and Robert (Maxine) Feagley, and stepdaughters Agnes Shore, Katrina (Jeff) Kepler, and Susan (Patrick) Wernig.  She is also survived by her grandsons DeKalb Shore, Tony Jr Shore, Bryan (Lindsay) Craver, Dustin Feagley, Michael (Jess) Hall, Kyle Ching, Trevor Kepler, Reid Wernig, Tristan Kepler, Mateo Feagley, Dakota Craver, Rayce Craver and Devon Feagley; granddaughters Cherry Shore, Sarah (Brock) Laster, Christen (Geremy) Ferris, Ashleigh (Kevin) Henry, Aerial (Will) Gill, Briana (Jacob) Hall, Paige Wernig, Kimberly Feagley, Danielle Feagley, and Payton Craver; and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Berryhill Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL on April 14, 2020 from 4:00-6:00 PM, and a Graveside Service will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery on April 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
