Carole Lois Garretson Becallo of Waynesboro, TN was born October 30, 1939 in Lawrence County, TN the daughter of the late Lewis Hiram and Pauline Marie Bradley Garretson. Mrs. Becallo departed this life on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 5 Months, 25 Days. A graduate of x-ray school at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, she was retired from several years of employment at Wayne Medical Center as a radiologic technologist. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She is survived by two daughters, Rita Buckley of Gautier, MS and Rose Raney of Rockwood, TN, 2 two grandchildren, Zachary Nicholson and Sean Patrick Caviness, three brothers, Ted Garretson of Lawrenceburg, TN, Fred Garretson of Leoma, TN, and Randy Garretson of Lawrenceburg, TN. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Becallo was preceded in death by two brothers, Max Garretson and Ken Garretson. At her request her remains were cremated.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Waynesboro.
