Carol Ann Burrell, age 79 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. She was born in Brazil, Indiana on March 31, 1941 to the late Francis Lyle and Marion Ester Boomler. Before her retirement, she was employed as a teacher’s aide. Carol enjoyed crafting, especially crochet, sewing, and making puppets, as well as tending to her garden. She attended Winchester First Baptist Church when she was able. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Burrell; and siblings, Gordon Lyle, and Gerald Keith Lyle. Carol is survived by her loving children, Lori (Robert) Kerley of Winchester, Pamela (Mark) Brown-Seely of Washington State, and Darin Burrell of Florida; grandchildren, Wayne (Beverly) Kerley, Amy (Joshua) Sensat, Erica Brown, Aaron (Aimee) Brown, and Curtis Burrell; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Bailey Sensat, and Gabriel and Tristan Kerley; and brother, Marion F.
