Carlos Eugene “C.E.” Jenkins, age 98 of Berry, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Cordova Health and Rehab.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins- Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Word of Life Church Cemetery in Berry. Charles Segrest will officiate.
Mr. Jenkins was preceded in death by his Parents-Henry and Emma Jenkins; Daughter-Joanie Files; Granddaughter-Amy Files; Sons-in-law-Gaythor Lindsey, Charlie Anderson and Larry Files.
He is survived by his Wife-Lorene Jenkins; Daughters-Doris J. Lindsey of Tuscaloosa and Joyce Anderson of Corona; Son-Ralph Jenkins (Joann) of Corona; Grandchildren-Randy Lindsey (Tracy), Darrel Lindsey (Karen), Frieda Anderson (Pat), Rita Anderson (Tommy), Casey Jenkins (Nicole), Kyle Jenkins (Tiffany); 8 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
