Carliss Fulgham Carnley

Carliss Fulgham Carnley, 73, passed away on June 24, 2021, in Winter Garden, FL. She was born on
April 12, 1948 in Starkville, MS, to the late Loyce Fulgham and Bessie Orean Nason.

Carliss attended Mississippi State University, held a real estate license and was a member of NE FL Association of Realtors.
She was an active member of Island View Baptist Church where she taught Bible studies and WMU groups. Carliss volunteered to teach Vacation Bible School and much more. She loved to crochet, needle point, enjoyed orchids and was crazy about her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Alonzo Carnley, Jr.; and sister, Martha Nell Holloway.

Carliss is survived by her daughters, Johnicca (Mark) Gayne and Scarlett (William) Hains; grandchildren, Mitchell Grant Gayne and Brooke Taylor Gayne; sisters, Bettie Brister, Nicky Carnley and Victoria Lail; and many friends.

The family would like to thank Solaris at Lake Bennett for the wonderful care given to our loved one during her last few weeks

Ms. Carliss will be laid to rest on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Clear Springs-Double Springs Cemetery, 375 Bluitt Road, Maben, MS 39750.
