Carl Wayne Brumlow, Jr., 53, of Huntsville, AL, died November 19, 2021 at Hospice, The Caring House in Huntsville. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady, Queen of the Universe Catholic Church in Huntsville on Thursday, December 2 at noon, with Rev. Charley Alookaran officiating. A Rosary service will be held about half an hour before the service.

Mr. Brumlow was born July 27, 1968, in Illinois to Carl Brumlow, Sr. and Ruby Lawson. He lived most of his life in Alabama, however, and graduated from Bob Jones High School in Madison in 1986. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor’s degree. He was a school teacher, worked at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, and as a professional driver.

Mr. Brumlow was baptized into the Catholic Church in 2016 after completing the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, and was a faithful and active member of our Lady, Queen of the Universe Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Eddie Ray Nash and Richard Talley.

He is survived by his brother, William Lawson of Stevenson, Alabama; and nieces and nephews.

Interment will be at the St. Joseph Catholic Church Columbarium in Huntsville.
