Albertville Funeral Home Downtown announces the death of Carl Lee Silvers, 92, of Boaz, AL, who passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Russell Medical Center in Alexander City, AL. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Forrest Home United Methodist Church Cemetery. Chris Cornutt will officiate. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will visit with friends on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Albertville Funeral Home Chapel. Preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Wigley Silvers, father, Levi Silvers, son, Michael Steven Silvers. He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Gaines Silvers of Boaz, AL, son, Philip Silvers (Letha) of Alexander City, AL, grandchildren, Kelli Gaherty (Jerry) of Sarasota, FL, Meagan Branum (Jay) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Brian Silvers, Jason Silvers, Chris Silvers, great-grandchildren, Clark Gaherty, Nora Parker, Branum Parker.
