Candy Darlene Bailey, 32, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Belgreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Candy Darlene Bailey Trust Fund c/o Bank Independent for the future expenses of her children.
