Butch McMackin

Mr. McMackin was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Iron City Methodist Church. He was presented the Eagle Scout award in 1960. He was a referee and an umpire for several years. Graveside Services will be held at Restview Cemetery on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Donnie Smith will be officiating. Burial to follow in Restview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Survivors include: 2 Daughters- Dana Stutts & husband Keith of Houston, TX; Darla Kollefrath & husband Dan of Orlando, FL; 1 Son- Danny McMackin of Houston, TX; 3 Grandchildren- Blake, Austin, & Emma; 1 Sister- Gail Stephenson of Iron City, TN; Sister in law- Myra McMackin of Iron City, TN; Several Nieces & Nephews; Preceded in death by: Father- Blair McMackin; Mother- Lorene McMackin Buttram; Step Father- Dave Buttram; Brother- Larry McMackin; The family requests monetary donations be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
