Buddy Dolan, 69, of Florence died Thursday, October 11, 2012, at ECM Hospital from injuries he suffered after a fall at home.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 14, 2012, from 6-8 PM at Elkins Funeral Home Florence. Funeral services will be Monday, October 15, 2012, at 11 AM at Elkins Funeral Home, with Bro. Chris Montgomery officiating. Burial will be at Kimbrough Chapel Cemetery in Franklin County.
Mr. Dolan was a graduate of Coffee High School and attended Florence State College. He retired from Reynolds Metals Company, coached many years at McFarland Little League, and served with the National Guard of Russelville.
Mr. Dolan was preceded in death by his parents Millard and Doris Dolan; sisters Joyce Kappelmann and Betty Ann Dolan.
He is survived by his daughter Susan Campbell; son Michael Dolan; sisters Mae Dolan, Inez Dolan, and Donna Dolan-Smith; brothers Thomas Dolan, Jimmy Dolan, and Paul Dolan; brother-in-law Barney Kappelmann; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Cory Dolan, Tyler Dolan, Cajun Tejada, Dustin Parrish, Mark Hill, David Guffey, and Nathan Dolan.
