Bruce Phelps, 86, died Feb. 28, 2017. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Petersville Church of Christ. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. at the church with burial at Greenview Memorial Park. He was the husband of Mrs. Frances Earline Phelps.
