MADISON-Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Michael May, Cody May, and Jonathan May today for Burglary 2nd. Michael, Cody, and Jonathan are accused of breaking into an occupied residence today off of John Hicks Road in Northwestern Madison County. Shortly after the Burglary, Investigators spotted a vehicle matching the description of a vehicle from the Burglary and attempted a traffic stop. The driver failed to yield and led Deputies and Alabama State Troopers in a vehicle pursuit. After a short pursuit the occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody. The vehicle was occupied by Michael May, Cody May, and Jonathan May. Additional charges are expected for Michael, Cody, and Jonathan.
All Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
