Brinda Sue Hyde Sullivan, age 75 of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Shadescrest Health Care Center.
She loved her family and was always willing to help in time of need. She loved flowers and was always proud to show them off. She loved to crochet and donate afghans to others.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 26, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Odom Memorial Baptist Church, burial will be at Gray Cemetery.
Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her Parents-Bill and Mattie Lou Hyde; Son-Dennis Thompson; Siblings-Johnny Ray Hyde, Linda Miller, Melissa Ringpfeil and Tim Hyde; Nephew-Steven Miller; Brother-in-law-Charles Ringpfeil.
She is survived by her Son-Johnny Thompson (Maria) of Haleyville; Daughters-Christie Clark (Shane) of Gordo and Jennifer Hawkins (Brandon) of West Virginia; Brother-William Hyde (Sylvie) of Parrish; Sisters-Betty Reid (Johnny) of Eastaboga and Frankie Nelson (Lamar) of Parrish; Grandson-Thomas Thompson (Tiffany); Granddaughters-Tracie Vining (William), Melinda Ferguson, Lis McKenzie (Darrell) and Kelli Orr (Tyler); Host of Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America.
