Brian Michael Britt Profile Photo It is with sadness that the family of Brian Michael Britt announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Brian died peacefully in his sleep at his home in Jackson, at the age of 46.

Brian was born on July 6, 1977, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He grew up in Jackson and was a member of Northside Church. He graduated from North Side High School and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics and Transportation. Following graduation from UT, he was accepted into the International Business graduate program at the University of Memphis, where he received his International M.B.A. In addition, he completed an internship in Business and Economy at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, India.

Brian’s educational background in logistics and transportation along with his years of experience working at DHL, BAX Global, and Bollore Logistics helped him to become an expert at selling domestic and international logistics services while allowing him to travel extensively both internationally and domestically, which was what he loved to do.

Brian will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Mike and Sandra Britt, his sister, Holly Knight and her husband, Cameron, as well as his nieces and nephews, Britt, Laurel, Wells, and Campbell Knight. He is also survived by his uncle, Mark Stauffer and wife, LaVonn, along with their two children, Ginny Leverette and Cory Delashmit, and his cousin, Charles Stauffer. Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. And Mrs. Charles C. Stauffer and Reverend and Mrs. John R. Britt, as well as his uncle, Bruce Stauffer.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held for family and friends later this summer.
