Brian Matthew “Matt” Quick age 64, of Arab passed away Saturday April 12, 2025, at Marshall Medical Center North. Matt was born on October 21, 1960. He was a graduate of J.B. Pennington High School and served in the US Army. During his working years he worked in construction and later worked in printing in Birmingham until his health forced him to retire. He and Mary Douglas Quick were married on February 20, 2012.
He is survived by his Wife, Mary D. Quick; children: Emily Quick, Lindsey Green (Andrew DeArman) and Blake Weaver; brother: Mark Quick and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother: Tim Quick.
The family has chosen to honor Matt’s request to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Quick family with arrangements.
