Brian Goodwin Barkley, 40 of Arab passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, at his residence. Brian was born March 25, 1984 in Arab the son of Kenneth Goodwin Barkley and Ursula Klisch Barkley. He was a staff sergeant for the US Airforce Reserve at the time of his discharge.
He is survived by his father: Ken and Wandah Barkley; mother: Ursula Barkley; siblings: Annette Fox (William), Monica Barkley and Petra Haderer; niece: Corina Fox; nephews: Liam Fox and Nico Haderer; host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
There will be a visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024, at Gober Funeral Chapel. The family has chosen to honor his wishes with cremation following the visitation, Gober Funeral Chapel assisting the Barkley family.
