Brenda Kay Brewer, age 70 of Estill Springs, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Vanderbilt-Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. A native of Franklin County, she was born on February 8, 1954, in Winchester to the late Artis Lloyd and Bessie Lou (Shockley) Isbell. A dedicated homemaker, Brenda enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. In her spare time, she loved to go shopping and traveling. But most of all, she cherished the time spent with her beloved family. Brenda was of the Southern Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Brewer. Brenda is survived by her significant other, Tommy Davis; sons, Charles S. Brewer and Philip W. Brewer; siblings, Shirley Reed, Linda Clark, Ed Isbell, Harold Isbell, Bobby Isbell, and Barbara Elliott; fur baby, Happy; and many other friends and family members. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby McBee officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
