Brenda OdomBrenda Darlene Odom, age 60, passed away after a long tough battle with cancer. Brenda answered her call Saturday, November 19, 2022. She was born in Columbia, Tennessee to the late Alvie Allen and Ida Bell LeMay Allen.

Brenda was a strong woman that devoted her life to the care and support of her family. She poured her soul into being a loving mother to all her children as well as a loving grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and camping. Brenda had a strong faith and was a devoted member of St. Luke Methodist Church. She had a kind heart and soft spot for animals. She liked to get out and spend time caring for her flowers and giving special attention to her roses and cut the grass until she was no longer able. Brenda fought hard a long difficult battle until the very end. She never gave up. Brenda is loved and will be dearly missed by all those that knew her.

Brenda is survived by her husband: Kevin Odom; children: Thaddaus A. (Tiffany Battles) Odom, Timothy A. Odom, Taylor Aaron (Amy Emmett) Odom, and stepdaughter: Kristen Boshers; 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; siblings: Cathy Allen Long, Alvin Allen, and Robert Wayne Allen; mother-in-law: Ellen Craig.
The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Funeral services for Brenda will be at 1:00 p.m. immediately following visitation with Bro. Don Terry officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee.
