Brenda Chandler Taylor - HumboldtBrenda Chandler Taylor passed away April 26, 2022 at her residence in Jackson, TN. She was born on May 30, 1949 in Memphis, TN. She was a homemaker until she began a career in Human Resources. She had a passion for crafting with cross stitching and rubber stamping being her favorites. She was an active member of UT Extension Family and Community Education Group. She served as President of the Starlights Group as well as Historian. She was also very active in the Extension Christmas Cottage. She enjoyed being a member of Artistic Stampers where she served as President as well as Treasurer.

 

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Mark Taylor; two sons, Jonathan (Jennifer) Roland, Jason (Jessica) Roland; two step-sons, Mark Taylor I and Billy (Christina) Taylor; seven grandchildren, Ashley Roland, Lindsey Roland, Wyatt Roland, Destiny Taylor, Sarah-Ann Taylor, Kelsie Taylor, Carter Taylor; two sisters, Marilyn Chandler, Debbie (Rick) Woodring; and a nephew, Derek (Amanda) Woodring.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Verdell and Mazel Chandler; and two grandsons – Hunter Taylor and Dallas Taylor.

 

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home in Humboldt. TN. Visitation will begin at 12:00 with service at 2:00.

 

The family requests memorials to be made to the charity of your choice.
