Bonnie Robert Paradise passed into eternity with our Heavenly Father on Sunday September 22, 2024 surrounded by his family. Bonnie was born September 2, 1943 to the late Oakland and Victoria Paradise. Bonnie served in the United States Army from 1959-1962. After the Army Bonnie was a very successful mechanic in the Huntsville and Scottsboro areas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oakland and Victoria Paradise; brother David Paradise and sister Rita Kirk.
Bonnie was survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Sharp Paradise whom he loved her dearly and she him. He was also survived by his two daughters Lisa Knight (Chris) and Holly Wade (Chris); and four grandchildren: Dillon Knight, Carley Knight, Laken Wade and Landon Wade; one brother, Jerry “Pete” (Linda) Paradise, one sister Shirley Hodge, and several nieces and nephews. He was very loved by all.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rob Paradise and Jerry Glenn officiating. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home. The interment will be in Skyline Cemetery.
