Bobby Roberts, 82, died Friday, October 7, 2016, at the Martin Greenhouse. She was born June 5, 1934 in Pontotoc County to Jerry Roy and Willie McMurry Stegall. She graduated from Pontotoc High School. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and worked for Sears for 25 years. She was a longtime member of Bissell Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard, cooking, gardening and tending to her flowers. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Services will be 2 PM Monday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Fred Hartley officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmie D. Roberts of Tupelo; two children, Michelle Roberts Graham and Larry Alan Roberts both of Pontotoc; two grandchildren, Cassie Harrison Cooper and Megan Harrison Benavidez; one great-grandchild, Lily Jo Cooper and one great-granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Max Stegall and Henry Frank Stegall.
Visitation will be 12 – 2 Monday.
