Bobby Lee Johnson, 76, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of 52 years; Shirley Diane Johnson, daughters; Kim Mearse of Langston, AL, Tonya Johnson of New Market, AL, Jennifer Freeman (Jason) of Florida, grandchildren; Haley, Mikalah, Kristen, Chase, Sarah, Maygan, Peyton, Parker, Caden, great-grandchildren; McKenna, Nova Lee, Brody, Cooper, Brynlee, sister; Patricia Henderson, Mary Nell James (Billy), Linda Loy (Dennis), Diane Allen (Gordon), and brother; Edward ”Johnny” Johnson.
He is preceded by his parents; Raymond and Mary Alice Johnson, and his daughter; Aleisha Johnson.
Bobby is a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran, from his stent with the United States Army. He loved all of his family so much. He was a Lifelong fan of Alabama Football and the Atlanta Braves. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and working on his tractors. Mr. Johnson retired from after 37 faithful years of service with Huntsville Utilities.
Visitation will be Monday, September 18th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held Tuesday, September 19th at 1:00 with Wayne Kent officiating, followed by burial in Bellview Cemetery.
