Bobby L. Clemmons Sr., 83, of Anderson passed away Monday, August 13th, 2012 at his residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Anderson.
Bobby was a farmer, carpenter in Florence and surrounding area and well known as the “Sausage Man.”
He was preceded in death by his 5 brothers, 1 sister and great-grandson, Stephen Dash Smith.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Dorothy McCrary Clemmons of 61 years; sons, Michael (Patricia) Clemmons, Timothy (Regina) Clemmons, Jerry (Sheila) Clemmons, and Bobby (Beth) Clemmons; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 6 sisters; special friend and brother, Neal (Jo) Lemay; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Daniel, Jeremy, Josh, Jeremiah, Adam, and Nic; honorary pallbearers will be Mark McIntyre, Ryan Smith, Matt Rosson, Roger Parker and Royce White.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday at 12 noon in the chapel. Burial will follow in Civitan Cemetery.
