Mr. Bobby Joe Morgan, Sr. was born August 31,1957, in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Izola and Lamburth Morgan, Sr. He departed his earthly life on February 22, 2023.
Bobby accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He served on the Usher Board at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church where he was a faithful member. Bobby is the CFO and Managing Partner for D.A.T. Staffing. He belonged to the Two Seaters Golf Club and in his free time, he enjoyed playing golf, pool and fishing. As well as traveling, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Preceding him in death is his mother Izola Morgan whom he loved dearly; his father Lamburth Morgan Sr., sister Anna B. Harrison, five uncles Fred, James, Jeff, Raleigh and Vernon Bates.
He leaves to cherish his memory, lovely and devoted wife of 24 years Bridgette Morgan, five daughters Stephanie McKnuckles (Nashville, TN.), Dinilesizwe (Latifah) Love of Austin, TX, Camill (James) Perry of Nashville, TN, Brittany Morgan of Nashville, TN, Mia Morgan of Jackson, TN, His son Bobby Morgan Jr of Jackson, TN. Six grandchildren Rontavius Weddle, Lyric Morgan, Brayden Morgan, Roy McKnight III (Trey), Serenity Love and Ever Perry. Three sisters, Cynthia (Roy) Hill and Doris Morgan both of Jackson, TN and Louise Pierce of Springfield, IL. Two brothers, Othie (Patricia) Barnett and Lamburth (Sharon) Morgan Jr. both of Jackson, TN. His mother-in-law Rochelle Love of St. Louis, MO. Two aunts Emma (Edward) Williamson of Chicago, IL and Pearlie Bates of Jackson, TN. A special friend and ex-wife Johnnie Celeste Clark of Nashville, TN. Special dogs, Cookie and London. extended family and friends.
