Albertville Funeral Home Downtown announces the death of Bobby Joe Kitchens, 80, of Guntersville, AL, who passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice. Funeral Services will be Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Albertville Funeral Home Downtown Chapel with burial to follow in Rehobeth Cemetery. Bro. Chris Kitchens and Bro. JL Colquitt will officiate. Pallbearers will be Shane Vaughn, Chris Kitchens, Danny Blackwell, Randy Sims, Matt Warren, Daniel Blackwell. Honorary pallbearer will be Steven Swords. The family will visit with friends Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at Albertville Funeral Home Downtown Chapel. Preceded in death by his mother, Rosie Grindles Kitchens, father, Elmer Kitchens, sons, Bruce Kitchens, Barry Kitchens, Darren Kitchens, sisters, Marie Martin, Janice Holder, Louise Jolley, Patricia Temple, Viola Climits, brother, CB Kitchens. He is survived by his wife, June Vaughn Kitchens, sister, Jean Malone, brothers, James Kitchens, Kenneth Kitchens, Junior Kitchens, grandchildren, Jordann Kitchens, Robert Kitchens.
