Bobby ‘Heath’ Mayfield born 07/09/1969
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Heath Mayfield. A lifelong resident of Anniston. Mr.
Mayfield fought with cancer and other illnesses over a year. On Saturday April 15th 2023 at the home of his
daughter, surrounded by his daughter, wife and son in law, Mr. Mayfield while holding his daughters hand went to be with those whom preceded him death. His mother numerous friends and cousins then took him home. Mr. Mayfield left behind his beloved daughter, Haley Mayfield and son in law Kyle Beegle of Muscadine, his wife, Robin Mayfield of Anniston, his brother Brian Mayfield of Anniston, a sister Stacy Maddox and brother in law, Clayton of DeArmanville, nieces and nephews. Mr. Mayfield’s service will be Wednesday, at Cremation Services of East Alabama, 733 White Plains Rd. Anniston Al 36207. Between 3p and 5p. Mr. Mayfield’s cousin and best friend, Chris Hammett of White Plains will give his eulogy. Friends and family are encouraged to speak if wanted to. The family would like to thank the people with calls and concerns. The friends and family whom visited. -Special thank you to Jim Phillips, Chris Hammett and Roger Magourik. It kept his spirits up and encouraged him to continue to fight. The wonderful nurses at New Beacon, whom came in with every effort possible to help him be at peace while his battle came to an end.
