Bobby Eugene Berryhill peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 13, 2024 at the age of 81 while surrounded by his wife and loving family.
Bobby was born on July 16, 1943 at his humble home to his parents, Earnest & Alma Berryhill. Bobby’s childhood was spent in Toney, Alabama where he had many fond memories of the Madison Cross Roads community.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Betty Berryhill, and many children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was a shrewd businessman for 56 years. He was the owner of Southeastern Wholesale with his wife, Betty. They worked side-by-side for 30 years. Bobby loved to work and spend time with his customers – and he did so up until two weeks before his passing.
Bobby was known by his family as a loving and generous man who opened his home and his heart to all who knew him. He will be missed greatly by Betty and his family, but he leaves this earth with plenty of memories for his family to cherish.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:30am until 12:30pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday at 2pm at Chase Baptist Church on Moores Mill Road with Brother Larry Johnson officiating. There will be a private family committal service at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville.
