Bobby D. Yielding, 80, died Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born October 15, 1936, to Edward P. and Tommie McFerrin Yielding. He was a member of the Unity Church of God of Prophecy. He was a factory worker and the owner of his tree trimming business.
No services will be held. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 25, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.

Survivors include three sons, Danny Yielding (Jennifer), Billy Yielding, and Erik Yielding (Cassandra), all of Mantachie; one daughter, Teresa Donahue (Keith) of Marietta; eight grandchildren, Beth Moore (Donald), Madison Donahue, Andrea Yielding, Ethan Yielding, Jase Yielding, Brock Milam, and Craig and Toni Gusmus; four great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Blake, Conner, and Dylan Moore; one brother, Earl Yielding (Linda) of Pontotoc; and one brother-in-law, Roger Lidtke (Kay) of Mantachie.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Evelyn Jeanette Yielding; his parents; one sister, Martha Lidtke; and one infant brother, Edward Yielding.
