Bobby Charles Rosenblum, age 76, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Bobby was born February 27, 1945 in Huntsville, Alabama. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lena Jenkins Rosenblum and three sons, Charles David (Brandon), Jonathan Lane (Kaycee) and Richard Alan (Rhonda) and grandchildren, Kaylee Rosenblum Ingram (Curt), Taylor Rosenblum, Abby Grace Rosenblum, Megan Rosenblum, and Jack Rosenblum and many nieces and nephews.

Bobby was a 1963 graduate of Buckhorn High School. He was quarterback of the first football team at Buckhorn. After graduating, he married Lena Jenkins, his homecoming queen, high school sweetheart.

Bobby studied at Drake Technical College. He got a job as a technician at SCI and later worked at Brown Engineering until he decided to change career paths and join the Huntsville Police force. Bobby served as a Huntsville Police Officer for 12 years. His employment for the last 40+ years was as a security guard on the Redstone Arsenal.

Bobby enjoyed playing, coaching, watching and talking about sports. He was a huge Alabama fan.

A visitation for Bobby will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, followed by a celebration of life service at 1:00 PM.
