Bobbie Jeffreys Young, 73, of Florence, passed away Dec. 3, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital. She was a member of Petersville Church of Christ and retired from Wilson High School cafeteria.
Visitation will be today from 6-9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Petersville Church of Christ, with Sonny Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Young; parents, Lonnie and Mable Jeffreys; and brothers, Ray, Don and Billy Jeffreys.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Michael Young and wife, Kerri; daughter, Rebekah Young Cole and husband, Aron; brother, Mike Jeffreys and wife, Debbie; sister, Betty Gresham and husband, William; and grandchildren, Phoenix and Kana Young and Trey and Barrett Cole.
Pallbearers will be Danny Gresham, Tad Cole, Michael Burns, Brent May, Chuck Hogan, and Jimmy Risner. Honorary pallbearers will be the elders of Petersville Church of Christ.
