Bobbie Jean Dodds Jones, 91, of Booneville, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024 at her home. She was born on June 25, 1933 in Prentiss County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Earl and Zelma Estelle Hare Dodds and a graduate of Booneville High School. Bobbie resided in the Hobo Station Community with her late husband Raymond Jones, for over 60 years. She was a devoted member of the Martin Hill Free Will Baptist Church and enjoyed various hobbies, including, sewing, gardening, quilting, art and flowers.
A celebration of life will be at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Martin Hill Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. David Harper and Mr. Steve Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Martin Hill Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Tuesday at the church.
She is survived by her children, Steve Jones (Trisha), Cindy Jones and Kim Carnathan; her grandchildren, Jonathan Pounders (Leslie), Beth Hughes (Joey), Adam Carnathan, Jacqueline Holloway (Thomas), Caleb Jones (Krissy) and Jacob Jones; great-grandchildren, Kylie Hughes, Kade Hughes, Lindsey Hughes Jackson (Jon Michael),Parker Pounders, Sawyer Pounders, Sadie Pounders, Emerson Jones, Kharis Holloway, Katren Holloway, and Asher Holloway; 2 great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Donald Dodds (Debbie) and a host of nieces and nephews..
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brothers, Ruble Dodds and Carroll Dodds; her sisters, Dorothy Ann Crum, Yvonne Phillips, and Shirley Robinson; and one granddaughter, Cassie Danielle Jones.
Pallbearers are her grandsons, Jonathan Pounders, Adam Carnathan, Caleb Jones, Jacob Jones, Thomas Holloway, Parker Pounders, Sawyer Pounders, Kade Hughes and Joey Hughes
