On August 17th, 2023, Bobbie Ann Roach passed away peacefully at age 78 at the North Alabama Medical Center.
She was born in Florence, Alabama, on September 26th, 1944, to Nichols and Mildred Hobbs. Bobbie had a long career in nursing. After retiring from Helen Keller Hospital Maternity Ward, Bobbie did volunteer work for many organizations throughout the Shoals community. She was loved by many for the way she touched their lives, especially family members. Bobbie will be missed greatly but left behind fond memories.
Bobbie is survived by her sister, Judy Jenkins, and two sons, Benjamin and Michael McCaig.
Visitation will be today, August 22, starting at 5:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 530 p.m., at Sheffield Methodist Church, 701 N Montgomery Avenue. All are welcome
