Bobbie Ann was a proud member of a family deeply ingrained in the Albertville community. Her family owned the esteemed Albertville Home Bakery and The Yum Yum Tree, establishments that undoubtedly contributed to the town’s vibrant spirit. A dedicated member of Albertville First Baptist Church for more than 60 years, she found solace and strength in her faith.
Bobbie Ann is survived by her loving children, Mike Colvin (Cheri), Joanna Colvin (Gail), and Brian Colvin; her sister, Mary Lou McKee; her brother, James Bopp (Barbara); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The warmth of her presence will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, Bobbie Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Ray Colvin; her brother, Eddie Bopp; three brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law; and her nephew, Jason Bopp.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bobbie Ann Bopp Colvin will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Albertville First Baptist Church, with Bro. Chris Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 am at the church. Adams Brown Service Funeral Home is assisting the family during this difficult time.
