Bob Suran passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Falkville Healthcare Center . He was born October 11, 1932, in to Edmer C. Suran and Lucinda Dunn Suran.
He was an Instructor for Calhoun Community College, prior to his retirement, and taught on the Redstone Arsenal Campus in 2009. He was a Bob Jones Undergarduate and went to Dallas Theological Seminary where he got his Theology degree. He taught for over 30 years. He pastored for several churches and went on several mission trips all over the world. He also enjoyed kayaking.
Preceding him in death were his wife: Madge Balkcom and his parents.
