Funeral services for Mr. Bob Schoonover, age 73, will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel in Trenton, TN, with burial to follow in Oakhaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 8 PM Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the funeral home.
Mr. Bob passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Mr. Bob was a retired employee of Humboldt Utilities, owned and operated Schoonover’s Construction, and Schoonover’s Lawn Service.
Mr. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Houston Monroe Schoonover.
Mr. Bob is survived by his wife, Reda “Mrs. Bob” Schoonover; four children, Gary Schoonover, John Schoonover, Lisa Jewell, and Mike Schoonover; four grandchildren, Justin “My Little Buddy” Jewell, Bailey Jewell, Jordan Schoonover, and Tevin Schoonover; two great grandchildren, Brinley and Trey Schoonover; his mother, Martha Love Schoonover; and three siblings, Barbara Davidson, Brenda Schoonover, and Ron Schoonover.
