BOAZ-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident near Boaz has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 8:05 p.m. Saturday, May 25, has claimed the life of Boaz man.
Briley J. Ramey, 23, was fatally injured when the 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that he was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and overturned. Ramey was not using a seat belt at the time of crash, was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Forrest Home Road near Alabama 168, approximately two miles west of Boaz, in Marshall County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
